You have the advantage! To build modern complicated progressive dies you need to have a very complex highly integrated staff to support the toolmakers. Today's toolmakers need Jig Grinding, Wire EDM, Contour Milling, Electrode Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance. You can now take advantage of our tool room to provide you with a complete line of services. When you place a machining order with WTW, you have the confidence of knowing that the processes and controls needed to ensure quality parts and service are in place at our facilities. For example, our dies needed "split tenth" accuracy; this is why our Wire EDM machines are housed inside a climate controlled room. Our die blocks and punches are made of exotic powdered metal tool steels; this is why we use so many BORAZON grinding wheels. Our Customers know our reputation for making successes out of the most difficult projects; this is why they use WTW for all their tooling and machining project requirements.
